Description
I don't own the game. I just used the components from the comment section of the russian version and edited the tiles:

There are some missing cards in here. There should actually be 12 Cards in each of the Event Deck. I do not know which cards are missing.
Thou at the beginnig you'll remove cards from each deck until 10 cards left in every stage, so it doesn't harm the game or makes it unplayable.

Yeah, I guess I am referring to the 1st edition.
Anyway - as noted in the describtion: I do not own this game, so I can't really do any upgrades.

In the "Contents" section description of the publisher's game page ( https://www.starling.games/black-orchestra) and in the rulebook, too.
I guess your file is after the 1st edition and not after the recent 2nd edition. Is that right?

The rulebook states that there are 54 Conspirator and 6 Interrogation Cards in total. I don't know where you got this false information from.

There are 54 Conspirator cards instead of 51 and there are only 6 Interrogation cards instead of 24.
