Enemy agents won't use offensive skills and AI will put them into armies more often than not.

Player can use all skills still, with new update.


With fund allocations at zero and priority at lowest possible, the AI should use nothing but unique actions. I also gave them -1000% success chance if somehow they try to assassinate it will not work

Should have high compatibility: If they are still using skills, try putting this higher in load order.

***played 95 turn game as Eltharion, saw no Agent actions. However there may be an issue with the preference to embed, please let me know about your games***
