Guys, the blacksite vial. Go get it.


FEATURES:
  • 227 radio filtered voice lines.
  • Support for all WOTC classes and SPARKs.
  • Will not randomly appear on soldiers or civilians.
  • Vanilla XCOM support thanks to being built with the Vanilla mod tools.

His radio filters are inconsistent across voice lines due to him 'upgrading' his equipment between PD The Heist and PD2. If this bugs you, i literally can't do anything about it because the filters come baked into his lines ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

May have a handful of references to names and settings from PAYDAY.
