This tower is clipped by the author and not reachable.
I think this is more a optical detail for better atmosphere and should not be a playable area.

But I understand that some crazy rocketjumpers would like to jump into every part of the map

The other tower (left-most in https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/942839390076608892/44DEC3964C08A8EC91767DCA3EA5175DF99F9A8E/ ) . I can rocket jump to top-most ledge of railgun tower but not this other taller tower. It would be cool to extend border to utilize this tower. IMHO.

@roxxz Can the boarded up door be opened (FT)? Sadly there doesn't appear to be a way to make it up to the balcony on the tallest tower.
