Diplomacy Rejection Consequences

Description
**Compatible with every mod, works for both ME\Vortex campaigns, save-game compatiable**

Anytime the player or an AI faction rejects a diplomatic deal (Player/AI or AI/AI) they will suffer a diplomatic penalty with that factions race but also potentially a diplomatic bonus with a race that dislikes the rejected proposer. For example the Empire (Reikland) reject a Dawi offer, the Empire (Reikland) suffer a diplomatic penalty with the Dawi but get a small diplomatic bonus with the High Elves.

So when a faction rejects another factions diplomatic offer the rejecting faction will always get diplomatic penalty with that entire race, they may also get a bonus from the rejected factions racial enemies or a penalty from the rejected factions racial friends (See above table for specifics). Some races are more diplomatically minded then others so for example say you decline a dawi offer you would'nt get a greenskin diplomacy bonus because they don't care one bit that you and the dawi couldn't agree on some treaty.

Each "Diplomatic Incident" lasts 14 turns but the times do stack so say you decline the dawi twice, it's going to last 28 turns. The diplomatice effects though don't stack, so say Ostland keeps rejecting the Dawi, the penalty for Ostland with the Dawi will stay at -35 the only thing that stacks is the length of time it lasts. This should prevent player abuse and ensure the AI can handle it. The bonuses and penalties can be seen in the above table and vary by race. Upset the dawi and they will be very mad, upset a dawi enemy and the Dawi will be very happy with you. Conversely the Empire is a little more level headed and as such get smaller penalties/bonuses etc.

Technical Info
This is a LUA script which is highly compatible with other mods as it runs separately to other mods. The pack file name is SR_diploreject if you want to have a look or edit anything.

Why?
It always irked me that in most TW games you could reject AI offers and despite them kicking off in the diplomacy panel it had no effect (You turn down a Dawi alliance and they're going be nonchalant about it, I don't think so). If your scummy like me I'd also always try to get the best deal out of the AI increasing/decreasing the gold i had to give or request until they accepted knowing there was zero consequence. Finally if I send a resonable request and they reject, you know what I actually have fallen out with you a little about it (Why won't you just trade with me already)

I look at the pack file, sr_diploreject.pack and the effect_bundles_tables seems to be empty, maybe that's the reason why it's not working?

This mod used to work in my game a long time ago, it basically gives a negative penalty (like -10 and so on) every time you reject an AI offer, right? Which is a cool challenge, it spices up the weak diplomacy. But it doesn't work anymore, idk why. As a LUA mod, it should be compatible with virtually everything... so idk man, I even downloaded the entire OvN mods and it still looks like this mod is not working. Maybe I can force your script to load first in the mod order, that can do the trick? I am trying to run it with the SFO mod tho, maybe that's why it's conflicting
