For a version using Musashi's Cannon Animation Redux animations, click here. The Cannon Redux version is now unsupported. I encourage users to use this version of the mod. That said, if the listed bugs on that mod's description are of no importance to you, you can find it here.

To have the Magnetic TLP Cannon barrels rotate as you fire, download Iridar's mod [WOTC] Spinning Barrels for TLP Magnetic Cannon.

Greetings, workshop people!

You should know whay this mod is all about. It adds the vanilla cannon animations to the TLP Magnetic and Plasma cannons. Basically carry them like a rifle, shoot 'em like a cannon.

Just llike its predecessor, this mod can be used in 2 different ways:
1- To give TLP Magnetic and Plasma Cannons the vanilla cannon animations
OR
2- To substitute the vanilla Magnetic and Plasma cannons models with the TLP ones AND give them the vanilla cannon animations.

By default, the mod is set to function number 1. Instructions on how to switch between these functions can be found in the ReadMe (which you should ACTUALLY READ) which can be found in:

workshop/common/268500/1584992858

All the inis referenced in the ReadMe are inside the Config folder.

Couldn't for the life of me figure out what's wrong but i got a workaround. Removed this mod and the spinnign barrel mod, isntalled the TLE weapons with attachmets mods and used WSR to swap the vanilla TLE cannons for those. Now that I think about it, the weaposn that used the TLE weapon models in my previous campaign also used those.

So i got soemthign strange. This worked fine in my previosu campaign (LWOTC + Modjam) But in my current one that does nto have those 2 the extra handles and grips don't show up on the mdoesl and so the soldeir attempts to use the valilla animations but then switches to the rifle stance. Apart from the spinnign barrels for the mag cannon I don't think I have anythign else that should mess with the animations or models. And if it were that it woudl only affect the Mag cannon but both are missing those bits on the models.

Has anyone encoured this? The WSR configs look ok and i even redownlaoded the mod to make sure. Even removed my custom WSR configs to replace some raider faction weaposn with TLE canons and deleted and recreated the games configs. Still nothing.

Can you create a mod in reverse? Give standard Cannons the TLP "rifle style" firing pose?

@The Idiot No, Cannon Redux affects only vanilla cannons, this one to affects the TLP-added ones.

it looks to me like picking up the conventional/mag/plasma redux versions of your TLP mod, would do what i want it to, while also replacing the need for three tiered weapon mod altogether? I'll try it out in a few days in a fresh save, when i inevitably die horribly in the legendary run im doing rn lol

Yeah, The non compatilbility with 3 tier was that it wouldnt show up on the other tiered weapons, but not breaking the mod you're correct, but thats sorta what im looking for. I'll take a look and see if i can find the TLP mag mod you speak of tho!
