No overcharge damage indicator

Description
Simple hook to disable the damage indicator for overcharge damage.

Playing as Sienna becomes a wee bit annoying when the damage indicator flips about randomly when you cool down your staff.
This hook simply checks the damage type, and doesn't draw the indicator if the taken damage is of the overcharge type.

Thanks to NonzeroGeoduck7, whose Friendly Fire Indicator source I used as base for this mod. (And thanks for everyone involed in the modding framework!)

God this needs to be approved.
That stupid damage indicator is so annoying and can legit throw you off in the "heat" of the battle.

...not just that but also for unchained Ult can remove her heat and from exploding but does not tell you you're overheating and cannot block, by the time you realize you need to use Ult it's too late or take a rediculous amount of damage since you cannot block. I wish they'd change the filter over screen when exploding so I know I cannot block and should use Ult.

I hate to waste it when I could use overheating to increase my power and continue to keep my backup heat removing ability (ult) for emergencies.

Yeah this really makes you realize they didn't really give a damn about Sienna when designing her. The visual is annoying, the sound is too loud and the damage indicator is confusing. They should've just added a visual over her hand's model and shown her on fire instead of what we got.

You can make the overcharge flame effect transparent in the options menu, @::Maethendias::
There's a slider for its transparency

id rather have a removal of the whole "overcharge flame effect (including sound effect) than no damage indicator imo

That's pretty good.
