Description
Changes unnecessarily lengthy tooltip notices concerning troop movement and mouse shortcuts to be as concise and uncluttered as possible.

Ironman compatible.

Unfortunately I don't play CK2 any more.

The localisations are outdated, would you make them a separated strings file rather than override the original one?
