The Spire

This great spire, originally a watchtower for a nearby rebel outpost, has since been converted to almost a vertical gauntlet, sporting spikes, lasers, lava, you name it. It's constant danger from the extreme height over an expansive lava ocean, along with the numerous traps and hazards built onto (and into) it, many thrill-seekers and training warriors use the remote location for their own personal use. Even the Emperor himself admires the high risk of combat on this spire, which is exactly why he flies gladiators and warriors out to see how they fair on this vertical death trap.
