The Alance Empire（阿兰斯帝国）

The Alance Empire is a fictional galaxy empire which enforce an sightly authoritarian style of government but also gave freedom to all of its citizens. Alanians are extremely patriot, hard working, and charming people, although they can be stubborn sometimes. Alance is rule by Queen Victoria ever since its creation roughly 3000 years ago. Due to the Queen's advancement in sorcery, she is immortal along with 3 other leaders of the empire.

The Empire weights education, military, and their heritage very heavily. Every adult citizen will receive a civil-defense firearm, those who are more interested is encouraged to join the Alanian Armed Force. Nevertheless in an emergency situation, every single able-bodied citizen will be drafted as militia and paramilitary units.

The Faction in Rimworld is just a outpose on a remote planet, so don't be so scared if tou the are hotile with the empire.

阿兰斯帝国是一个虚构的星际帝国，虽然政府用集权和精英制度管理，但是普通的市民还是有着不少的自由。阿兰斯人是一群极为爱国，非常勤奋，而且富有魅力的人，虽然有些时候他们会钻牛角尖。维多利亚女王在3000余年前组建了阿兰斯帝国，也一直统治了帝国3000余年。介于她的魔法修为，女王与其他3位帝国的领导人已经获得永生。

帝国十分在意教育，军事和他们的传统。所有成年的市民都收到帝国政府发放的自卫武器，而那些对战争更有兴趣的市民将会被鼓励去加入阿兰斯帝国军。不过不管怎么说，在紧急情况下，所有能拿起武器的市民都将被征召为民兵。

不过在这个mod里面的阿兰斯帝国派系也仅仅是一个在偏远星球的岗哨而已。

This mod add a few weapon, armor and biotic parts/implant you can craft after the researching "Alanian Technology" and "Advance Alanian Technology" There will be a pretty stong outlander-like spacer faction added.

这个mod添加了一些在研究完阿兰斯科技和高端阿兰斯科技之后可以制造的武器，防具，还有仿生体/植入物，同时也会添加一个战斗力还算ok的派系。
