Bloodnium is a endgame resource that can be found reliably on Tengoku floors which means you can found above the floors 50, Bloodnium also can be obtained in Splattershrooms

Splattershrooms are mushrooms that can't be cooked and they are imbued with Bloodnium, they can be found as early on floor 1, but it's rare, Splattershrooms can be found in various spots or from bodies of defeated enemies.
