This game is very, very niche. With that said, it's certainly my niche. Basics are, this game is a souls-like, first 30 floors are very "souls-heavy" but you get pretty much whatever weapon, gun, flamethrower, slingshot, you name it.
The game is very, grindy. Or you could spend some of your money from your shift at Starbucks. However, the grind is pretty short compared to other F2P games, even compared to Warframe this 100% is friendlier.
It may be a more "acquired" movement taste, as in it's pretty weird. Dodging sucks don't ever dodge just sprint away from an attack. Like I said earlier, definitely my niche. It's well balanced, difficult when it should be and you can absolutely run through everything when you get to that point.

The best part about this game is that we will probably have it forever. It's just one pretty old PC running the server. That's right.
It's a legitimate 1999 pc running the server. Cheap to run. It will be here for the next 10 years easily.

Been playing this game since it first came out on PS4 and let me tell you, one of the best free to play games I have EVER played, I don't feel blocked behind micro transactions because if you want to improve, just do the death metro and grind peoples bases the same rank as you. Feel like you need more equipment or materials? Loot the areas that have what you need... sure, it can be challenging, but it is SOOOOOOOOOO good when you go back to previous bosses and near one shot even though you struggled originally. If you want a souls-like, grind, gacha game, here it is...
