Rust and rot and flaking paint all over: This blighted and not actually all that small single family home has clearly seen better days. Uses two minor props (boats and firewood) from the Park Life DLC, should work fine without it as well though.

It should be called LEV16, like in the MeshInfo screenshot. I would be surprised if the game supressed buildings entirely for some props. At least it doesn't for workshop props. Have you tried using Find It?
