[HullTec] Rover

In 1 collection by Hull Breach
Hull's ground vehicles

Description
DESCRIPTION:
My first rover. Quite pleased with the result. It's a versatile little vehicle with enough cargo space to bring some tools/ores from A to B. 2 connectors and the cockpit are enough cargo space, since this is a rover and not a cargo truck.

LOADOUT:
- battery (charged)
- oxygen generator
- oxygen tank (full)
- 2x small reactor
- antenna
- ore detector
- 2x connector (top & bottom)
- lights
- decorative stuff
- 50 Uranium ingots (25 per reactor)

HOW TO USE THE CONNECTOR:
To bring the bottom connector in range of a ground connector, simply lower the suspension (preset menu buttons 8 & 9)
Once you disconnect the rover, just raise the chassis again.

The dumb thing would have been not to ask the question thereby not learning.

no problem. I sometimes forget about this, too.

The rover spawns with activated handbrake. Try pressing P to release the handbrake.

Hi, this is a cool project. But I can't make it move. Any ideas? Thank you.

@Fatman thanks for the feedback. You were right about the battery, so I just added one and removed the small cargo containers/conveyors instead (the connectors have enough cargo capacity).

Needs a tweek to add space for a battery. Small reactors aren't efficient so power generation is best done at a site with a large reactor then charging the rovers battery. Perhaps keep a small reactor as backup, Prious style.
