Spammy Hound Warnings

Hello, this is my first mod! This mod is client only (server doesn't need to enable it)

Spams hound warning messages above your head and/or in chat, so you don't get caught with your pants down by a hound attack because you didn't see the floating text.

Note: it does not change how late warnings are given, so after day 50 it will always only show up 30 seconds before the attack. You can choose to ignore warnings that are too soon (like 120s or 60s) for the early days before day 50.

Note 2: the floating text above your head is visible to other players, and the chat warning message is only visible by you.

Options:
- Spam floating text on top of head (everyone can see it) [Default: Yes]
- Spam text in chat (only you can see it) [Default: No]
- Show warnings at X seconds at the earliest: 120s, 60s, 45s, or 30s [Default: show 60s and below]
- Enable mod on Wes [Default: No]
