Description
Just a quick pose I did inspired by the "wheeze" reaction meme thing.

Add your own hats and boom, your own spy is doing a "wheeze" and probably dies afterwards from lung cancer.

That's f'd up. No idea why it would do that.
I say remove the big tear and just manually place a W there, I have no other ideas.

Is it not in "-SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\elements\sessions" or "-SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\elements"?
If it isn't there then try downloading a different session from the workshop, if it's still not there then I have no idea, SFM being SFM I guess.
