I have attempted to play this game on several PCs with Nvidia graphics cards and they all had the same problem on startup, the screen flashed and the game wouldn't start. The reason seems to be because the game can't sync with the resolution when the game is fullscreen. Things such as having dual monitors and font size differences on Windows 10 seem to trigger it.

This guide provides a quick fix guide.

Graphics cards tested on:

- GTX 960
- GTX 970
- GTX 1070 x 2

1. In Steam, right-click on Agents of Mayhem > Properties






2. In properties, click Local Files tab

3. Click Browse Local Files...






4. In Windows Explorer double-click aom folder






5. Right-click display.ini (or display) > Edit






6. In Notepad (or other editor,) look for the line that says Fullscreen=true and change it to Fullscreen=false

Note: It may also help to turn of Vsync or vary the screen resolution but this is not necessary to get the game to start.

7. Save the file
