The road height thing was just some slip roads not matching up on terrain with each other being very close and causing that weird look.It took a couple of clicks with Moveit to make the slope all nice and quality to match every where else that you have done. :)

About the road heights at new intersection: nothing i can do there, without changing original terrain too much, if i want it to make a free flow which works in vanilla for high traffic capacity. its not that off, the height steps are not perfect, but ok. if you dont like it, delete the roundabouts, and connect the ramps directly to a road without a roundabout, but with slip lanes. that can work well with high capacity, if you use TM:PE. but if you are playing without mods, its going to be awful :D so i made the decision to use the roundabouts.
I first made them dogbone, which can use smaller roundabouts, but when i playtested vanilla, i realized, that stupid AI cant handle dogbone intersections right :D so i had to replace dogbone with dumbbell, which needs bigger roundabout, and so its going to be over bigger height differences^^
