San Francisco 1:1 Vanilla

Description
Welcome to San Francisco
There were so many low quality San Francisco Maps in Workshop, that i decided to challenge myself, to rush a map with vanilla only, and see how long i would need to make a decent looking map, that has everything it needs in decent quality. (Answer: ~38h work incl testing and fiddling with steamworkshop :))
Heightmap from Terrain Party. I terraformed the coastline to match the real coastline better. There are beaches, where there should be beaches, coastal cliffs, where they should be, lakes, where should be lakes, and bridges where they belong.
I gamed the vanilla assets, to get somewhat decent replicas of Golden Gate Bridge and the Oakland Bay Bride as close as possible to the original appearance. I like what i achieved, but you can easily download original assets from workshop and replace them

I did some smoothening of the land, but very gently, San Francisco is famous for its hills on which it is built, so i want you to get the same challenge and joy to be the major of the city on the seven hills. But dont fear, there is a lot of easy buildspace too.

There are 150k Trees on the map, so you can run the city even with a potato.

Outside Connections
4 highway connections, 4 Ship, 4 Plane, 3 Train. All Network is High Quality, with nice slopes.

Needed Mods and Assets
None, its built Vanilla. You got everything you need in your startsquare.
Screenshots are taken with San Minato Theme and Realstic 1.2 LUT. The San Minato Theme fits the area pretty good, but you can use what you want.

But i still recommend some mods, which do not eat performance (except the TM:PE, this eats cpu^^):
For Aesthetics:
Remove Dirt Less Comic
No Radioactive Desert And More! Less comic
Tree LOD Fix Nicer Trees from distance, moderate performance impact
Tree Movement Control No comic like whopping trees, no or positive performance impact, and random tree rotation is in there too (you will have to deactivate ony other random tree rotation mod).
Remove Decoration Sprites Saves performance. No silly sprites all around.

For Gameplay
Move It Gamechanger
Fine Road Tool Gamechanger
Fine Road Anarchy Gamechanger
Traffic Manager: PE absolute gamechanger. This will eat some fps.
Extra Landscaping Tools gamechanger
Loading Screen Mod life time safer
Network Extensions 2 why is this not in the game? Eats some RAM.
81 Tiles why restrict myself to only 9 tiles of a beautiful map?
Find It! Found it?

If you like the map, dont forget to give your thumb up.

@certainDeath agreed San Fransico is a lot more hilly than we can make it for CS.

The road height thing was just some slip roads not matching up on terrain with each other being very close and causing that weird look.It took a couple of clicks with Moveit to make the slope all nice and quality to match every where else that you have done. :)

Farm fields are in premium building space anyway. Just delete the trees and build over it. They are just for aesthetics, when starting the map.
About the road heights at new intersection: nothing i can do there, without changing original terrain too much, if i want it to make a free flow which works in vanilla for high traffic capacity. its not that off, the height steps are not perfect, but ok. if you dont like it, delete the roundabouts, and connect the ramps directly to a road without a roundabout, but with slip lanes. that can work well with high capacity, if you use TM:PE. but if you are playing without mods, its going to be awful :D so i made the decision to use the roundabouts.
I first made them dogbone, which can use smaller roundabouts, but when i playtested vanilla, i realized, that stupid AI cant handle dogbone intersections right :D so i had to replace dogbone with dumbbell, which needs bigger roundabout, and so its going to be over bigger height differences^^

There are also issues with height of some roads on new intersection not matching , simple with Moveit, sorry dude , I really love this map , but I feel your an artist that didn't know when to say enough :) It is after all a canvas you have poured in so much love to, for us to paint on :)
