I would really like it in my city
Then, once you do plop it, it behaves as though it were a prop. That is, the only interaction you can hove with it is to:
1) bulldoze it;
2) use "MoveIt" to move it.
I've subscribed to a few other assets like this. One tends to forget that one even has them, and thus never uses them.
ALSO, when I plopped it, it was in a pit, with an exposed foundation. Using "MoveIt" to elevate it wasn't the solution. Drawing a road (in "force ground" mode) *through* the asset "filled in" the pit.
