Rood

Description
Rood is an passive item found in curse rooms, red chests or dropped by demon beggars. Its main purpose is to reverse devil and angel roles.

* Devil rooms offer free items, but can only take one. Angel rooms offer paid items, but can buy all ones.

* Devil pacts are now "angel pacts", which forces angel rooms for the entire run instead of devil rooms. These pacts are also reversed, starting with three soul hearts deals, if Isaac has at least three, and then two red hearts deals.

* Angel statues are invulnerable and no longer spawn angels. Now it's necessary to bomb devil statues, which spawn dark angels! It's only possible to blow up one devil statue per floor.

* Isaac has a chance to apply a temporary bleeding effect on all enemies upon taking damage, affecting even bosses! It starts with 10% and can be up to 100% if having at least 42 luck.

  • Duality: No longer disables devil rooms after doing angel pacts.
  • Dull Razor: Chance to applies the bleeding effect.
-- Trinkets --
  • Judas's Tongue: Angel items costing two red hearts now cost one red heart.
  • Filigree Feathers: Keys spawned from dark angels are replaced with devil items.

Compatibility:
  • Compatible with EID. (External Item Descriptions)
  • Rood doesn't replace rooms, so it's compatible with mods that alter them.

@Drarkyel Anywhere floor this enemy spawns:

Caves,
Catacombs,
Flooded Caves,
Depths,
Necropolis,
Dank Depths

I've had it happen on all the floors they spawn on.

@Hythrojin The enemy probably uses the rock ID related to devil statue. What floors does it appear on?

There seems to be weird effect when you collect this item, and interact with a Shroomeo (Tboi: Deliverance). When this enemy expels a line of rock tremors at you (It's attack), the rock tremors are replaced with a line of "Fallen Uriel" angels. This only occurs when I pick up the Rood

An update was released to make bleeding effect temporary and affected by luck. Isaac is no longer able to kill bosses by just taking one hit. It was really overpower...
