My own design. Quite a peculiar one i must say. Spining, inspired by drills, cones, warping and wormholes. Suits any modern city!

It was back in a day, I wasn't playing SC or updating those buildings for quite some time. If something doesn't work, it doesn't work...

I can share the model and the textures if you'd like though.
