Russian PMC for Insurgents [Fixed]

The long awaited follow up to my last upload 5 months ago
Turns the Insurgents into a slightly more organized fighting force. Convenient ignores any existing regulations against said groups in Russia. Tacticool Russian weaponry sold seprately

Fixes the missing Light Insurgent’s body armor texture
Adds the kitless Unarmored Insurgent shirt texture
Adds matching 1st person Heavy Armor sleeves
Uses the alternate no tattoo Light Armor Insurgent because I thought it looked ugly
(Mod Enabled Servers Only) Enhances the Light and Heavy Insurgent textures to use all of their available options again via RNG
(Note: With RNG, there’s a possibility that the texture will change upon death. I don’t think this is very noticeable as they are all colored very similarly, but your mileage may vary)


Additionally added a tweak of my own by updating the camouflage on their pants to use a crisper Digi Flora pattern
