Upon request, here is a combine voice replacement, this time featuring the replica voices from FEAR 1. Enjoy.

Remember to download the txt file below and put it into your scripts folder or else it won't work!

Apparently this stops working if you mount Half-Life 2: Episode 1 and 2 for some reason. I hope there is a way to fix this.
