A corner pieve for the modular distribution center in light colors. This houses Cargo in Motion's offices, but still functions like a fully working warehouse. Shown here with the Parking Lot Roads - see the last screenshot for how they look without extra decorations.

@SabreGunner: I have no plans for more variations of these. But if you don't subscribe to the CIM logo, then you can place your own on the building with Prop and Tree Anarchy and Prop Snapping. All you need is to find a logo that works. I think SvenBerlin has made some for Amazon among others.
