KR - The Weltkrieg

At the moment this mod mostly just revises the national focus times for the UoB, CoF and Germany. They are now consistent with one another (mostly 56 days). I've also changed a few of the NF bonuses here and there to bring them into line with one another. I also adjusted the UoB generals a bit.

Eventually i'd like to try and add a lot more flavour and events into the WK. This is my first uploaded mod so it'll be slow going.
