Are you tired of colonists complaining so much about being inside for too long, or because they ate without a table?
Are you tired of colonists not accepting the fact that they have to sleep in a barrack?
Are you tired of colonists feeling sorry for executing a prisoner that tried to kill them for a duration of SIX days?
If yes, then this mod is for you!

DISCLAIMER: THIS MOD DOES NOT CHANGE MOOD DEBUFFS FROM DLCS. I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE DLCS YET SO I AM UNABLE TO PROVIDE CHANGES FOR THEM.

What this mod does:


It rebalances all mood debuffs so they aren't as huge and everlasting as before.
Also changes the impressive barrack buffs because I didn't have enough numbers on the negative side to make it more balanced.


What this mod doesn't do:
It doesn't change the alcohol/drug withdrawal debuff (couldn't find the value)
It doesn't remove debuffs completely.
It doesn't make losing relations due to insults and etc. smaller.
It doesn't make the debuffs give a boost to mood and buffs give a negative boost to mood. (That would be a nice challenge to actually play with)


Shouldn't conflict with any mod that doesn't change debuffs, but if it does, let me know.




If something feels really unbalanced then let me know, I'll fix it. It doesn't feel unbalanced to me, but people have different tastes. I'm willing to change the debuffs so they feel balanced!

The mod doesn't support DLC mood debuffs since I do not own any of the DLCs

I'd gladly make mod options possible, but sadly I barely know any C# language required to do this.
Last time I tried to do this with my other mod it didn't work (though I did manage to get the options to show up, they just didn't change anything)

First of all, thanks a lot for your good work.

I am playing a quick aging generational medieval run, which implies lot of deaths.
I have around 5-10 people dying each year, once I reached ideal population of ~50 pawns.
In that case, I found the mod debuff for death still too strong and/or too long, especially when it is adding up for several death + family ties.

A long-lasting solution would be to make all debuff parametrable in MOD menu (or is it already possible or in another MOD?) or proportional to dying pawn age.

Of course, i could also update my local XML, but it will be overwritten by next update...
