After a lot of worrying about how to actually get it to loop I've managed a 145/3206/231 [imgur.com]. It needed a set-up that was pretty much as long as an actual work cycle so it would be possible to about halve the number of cycles by multiplying the number of instructions by about 12. Not going to bother though, this was area focused only and I'm reasonably sure that it's impossible to beat.
