SolarPanel Fixed (Nerd Version)

Description
Original mod by Tremeloe, I just reuploaded for 1.0.

Changes the size of Solar Panels to work better with Wind Turbines.
No adjustments to balance, just an aesthetic mod.

This mod makes Solar Panels 3x5 rather than 4x4. Nothing more.


I'm aware that the wind turbine is now 7 wide, I'll be getting to that eventually.
