A lighter version of my modular distribution center in anticipation of the Industries DLC. I gave the corner a slightly different model as the usual one looked really dull with just light colors.

This one works with Ploppable RICO for those who prefer it. Shown here with the Parking Lot Roads - see the last screenshot for how they look without extra decorations.

Cargo in Motion - or CIM for short - is known for being on time and affordable, and will get the job done in your city too.
