Rachel's Garrison Mod

Description
This mod is a basic addition to garrisons in the Grand Campaign of Rome 2.

The changes are as follows:
"Barbarian" factions gain 1 Elite Melee unit (e.g. Chosen Swordsmen) in minor settlements as well as 2 extra Medium Melee units (e.g. Celtic Warriors) in cities.

"Eastern" factions gain 1 Basic Melee unit (e.g. Hillmen, Aetheopian Swords or Round Shield Warriors) and 1 Ranged (e.g. Eastern Archers, Numidian Javelinmen or Arabic Slingers) in minor settlements as well as 1 extra Ranged unit in cities

"Hellenic" factions (Except Colchis) and the Etruscan League gain 2 Medium Melee units (e.g. Light Hoplites, Levy Pikemen or Carthaginian Hoplites) in minor settlements as well as 1 Ranged unit (Greek Slingers, Eastern Slingers or Libyan Peltasts) in cities.

Rome gains 2 Socii Hastati in minor settlements and Civil Colonies, 1 of these Socii Hastati is swapped for a Socii Hastati Extraordinarii in Garrison Colonies as well as 1 Auxilliary Cavalry along the Auxilliary Barracks line.

"Hellenic" factions and the Etrsuscan League gain extra garrison units at Tier 4 Skirmisher/Auxilliary Barracks, which are as follows:
Bactria - 1 Bactrian Noble Horse, 1 Bactrian Peltast
Carthage - 1 African Pikes, 1 Libyan Infantry
Pontus - 1 Pontic Swords, 1 Pontic Peltast
Seleucids - 1 Syrian Heavy Archer
Egypt - 2 Galatian Swords, 1 Egyptian Cavalry
Macedon / Epirus - 1 Aspis Companion Cavalry, 1 Agrianian Axemen
Pergamon - 1 Agema Spears, 1 Picked Peltast
Cimmeria - 1 Cimmerian Heavy Archer, 1 Cimmerian Noble Infantry
Colchis - 2 Colchian Nobles
Knossos - 2 Cretan Archers
Rhodos - 2 Rhodian Slingers
Massilia - 1 Massilian Cavalry, 2 Massilian Thureos Spears
Sparta - 1 Spartan Hoplites
Athens / Syracuse - 3 Thureos Hoplites, 1 Picked Hoplites
Etruscan League - 2 Italian Noble Infantry

It's been a while, but I believe I grouped them in with Eastern style factions in terms of what benefits they get.

Garrisons in Rome 2 max out at 20 units, I don't even think there is a way around that.

It seems fine to me, I don't know what problem you are having.

1. Are you playing in Grand Campaign? This mod has little effect on other campaigns.
2. Are you playing with any mods that change vanilla units?
3. Are you playing a new campaign or one in progress? Old campaigns will adjust with end turns and demolishing or upgrading your Settlement building could help too.
