Description
This mod removes the diplomatic penalty for biological bombs and stellar converters and sets the AI to use bio bombs on all cruiser and titan blueprints (some races may use them on additional ones). Default player blueprints have them as well, as do pirates. All races will equip doomstars with a stellar converter and will have a chance to destroy any planets they attack (chance depends on race).

The tech tree node with bio terminators is also modded so that you get both techs in that node instead of having to choose between them.

Unofficial code patch is required for AI stellar converter use.

This mod may be used with or without 5X - The Ultimate Balance Mod, though I recommend using this with 5X.

@lost saint It's a bit annoying for sure but it does change up the usual flow of the game when the AI uses it. Typically they advance very slow cause they just wipe planets clean or use transports you can shoot easily. I've had the Meklar basically asssimilate races in a game cause their massive ships were killing all the life and they were getting full built planets. It's definitely fun to turn on now and then

I don't know of a way to disable them spamming you for it, but it won't have any effect.

Well.. So far it works as advertised.. Didnt loose standing by using biobombs.. However, I still get spammed by every other race, to let me know, they dispise bio bombs..

Thanx for making this happen, cant wait to try it out! (MoO is a time demanding game litle tied up at the moment.)
