Description
这个是上海路灯包高架版本，下有混凝土墩子
01：内环高架桥老路灯
02：延安路高架东段路灯【延中立交-外滩终点】
03：延安路高架中段路灯【内环-延中立交】
04：延安路高架西段路灯【G50起点-外环】
05：中环浦西段路灯
06：沪闵高架路灯
07：陆家嘴路灯
10：外环高速东段路灯


2019/10/16：
1.灯面贴图由纯色改为LED贴图
2.减面50%
3.压缩混凝土墩大小以及变暗，以适配3.0桥体和LUT【防止过于闪亮
4.加高部分灯以适配现实中对应的路
5.法线优化

可以充当普通路灯使用【但是下面会多个墩子，地面模式一般会埋在路里，过薄的桥不适用】
本资产更新不会影响存档正常使用，更新后道路上的灯也会自动更新，不像道路资产，一更新旧档会崩

@martianinferno98 Elevated version has offset,it will appears on the right side (while standard version appears at its position)
And it has concrete block at the bottom(each light +12 tris)

In addition,standard version needs update,but I don't have time to update temporarily……
