Not as far as I know. I looked into the code again and found it may be possible to be able to do a coup operation for any ideology but still can't find even references to the spy 'actions' that include the ideology boosting or propaganda. Those seem to be hardcoded as far as I can tell at this point.

I'm not sure it ever did. This doesn't jive with mods that touch ideaologies.

Hadn't been playing so I haven't updated it. I'll look into updating it into the latest version over the next few days.
