Velocity Gun

The Velocity Gun is a gun to apply vector force to an entity, an npc, a prop, or a player!
By pressing your reload bind, you'll see the different parameters : x, y, z (first attack) and a fourth value (second attack). These values are used as vector forces.

The first attack applies the vector forces x, y and z to the entity.
The second attack applies a vector force in the direction you're looking at to the entity.

The option panel should working, but you can use these commands :
velgun_velx <value>
velgun_vely <value>
velgun_velz <value>
velgun_velt <value> corresponding to the second attack (the fourth value I talked about before)

Feel free to modify my addon, but good luck to understand the source code, it's poorly written. I'll try to optimize and update it as far as I can.
