Boats 'n Hose

Description
These are very basic water-only HV's, modeled after high performance Cat hull ski boats. They are set to ride at 0.80m hover height to allow for MP servers defaults.

These will drive on land at max hover height but were designed to be in water at 0.80m hover height

I've designed them to handle like a boat does (boats dont have brakes) so they feel a little slugish turning and stopping.

These are just for fun and very basic
