A theme park shaped as an airport.


There are check-in stations with bag drops, carry-on luggage scanners and gates. To keep the passengers entertained while they wait for their departure times there are of course restaurants and shops.


The center of the airport contains a themed flatride called Aviation Academy where you get to fly your own plane. Make sure to check out the landscape below with the little houses and farmlands as you fly by.

The airport also contains the Flight Simulator. To be able to experience that you need to download the associated media files and drop them in the Planet Coaster media- and music-folders respectively.

Before creating this I did some extensive research on the aviation world. Details such as Aircraft lighting sequences, taxi- and runway signs, markings and lights were done as authentic as I possibly could.


There are a lot of open spaces around the apron and runway for anyone to continue expanding your own theme park around. Perhaps a place to start when the imagination is lacking?


Make sure to check it out in both day- and night time since there are quite some lighting added!
