Starting item:

Robot has 2 modes
in his energy saving mode he moves slower and fires slower

in his full power mode he moves and fires faster
also has homing lasers that seek enemies
but full power mode consumes his life energy
if all he uses up all his charges he will take damage

some of the battery items has ben changed to be useful to robot

robot cannot hold active items other than switch
if he touches one it will turn into 1 charge and 3 soul hearts
