An All Terrain Vehicle.
Using Capsers Buoyancy Mod and a few glitches this military vehicle can traverse both land and sea.

-=Usage=-
Make sure to place a water block from the Buoyancy Mod in your world at the height you want your water to be at.
Has WASD Tank Stearing and a 1 wide rear door.
Can seat up to 8 players and has plenty of room to move around inside the vehicle.
