Mesh Import Rotation Tangents Fix

Beskrivning
Fixes the asset editor mesh importer rotation feature. This mod is only for asset creators. When using the mesh importer rotation feature in the asset editor, the tangents are incorrect, therefore breaking normal maps. The problem this mod fixes is visualized in this image: https://i.imgur.com/CeKq51I.jpg

If you import assets in noworkshop mode, you want to add this as a local mod, together with the harmony requirement.

Thanks so much for taking the time to figure all this out and also thanks for making such a great resource as CSLModding. It really takes a lot of the confusion out of asset making and it's wonderfully simple as documentation.

Thanks! I've been working on some stuff and wasn't looking forward to trying to determine which way the models need to face so I can import them correctly.
