Description
Zoomah's Deco Tool updated to work properly on Starbound 1.4! Zoomah said in his post on the forum that he will no longer update this mod and gave permission for anyone to continue it. I will continue to update it as long as I play Starbound (it's too useful to lose!). Zoomah did Most of the hard work for this mod, all I did was make it compatable with the latest version, upload it and add Hue Shifting.

With this little tool you can make your garden a little nicer.
It uses a pick and draw mechanic to transfer tile decorations (like grass for example) from one block to another.
It is craftable on the upgraded Foraging Station.

Usage:
- Left Click: current operation on the foreground layer
- Right Click: current operation on the background layer
- Shift + Left Click: rotate through operation modes: pick -> draw -> clear -> pick
- Shift + Right Click: open decoration select window

Modes:
- Pick: The deco tool will learn the decoration on the tile
- Draw: The deco tool will place the currently selected decoration onto the tile
- Clear: The deco tool will remove any decoration from the tile

Disclaimer:
- The deco tool will not pick or overwrite any decoration that could drop anything (like ores).
- Some "decorations" on worlds are actually tiny objects and can't be used with this tool.

UPDATE! Now with Hue shifting capability! Say hello to colored grass!
In the window you select a material you can now set the hue. this is a value 0 to 360 will shift the color of whatever you are placing! Hue 0 is the normal unshifted colors.
NOTE: hue shift is based on degrees. Hue 0 = Hue 360.

The Mod Material Placer was one of my favorite tools for building in FU, it's so nice to find a suitable replacement for it without having to play Frack, if a bit awkward to use.

Hello !
Excuse me, I know the mod is getting old, but I'm having a problem.
When I want to open the window to choose the type of grass, while pressing SHIFT and RIGHT CLICK at the same time, nothing happens ... Only SHIFT and LEFT CLICK works.
I would like to know if I am the only one having this problem or not. :/

Thank you in advance. ^^

PS: Sorry for my English, I am French. x)

@Neverward yes you can, Dirt just happened to be what I had available when doing some quick pictures.
@Zoomah, Most of the code is what you did, I just fixed a little and added to it ;)

Of course... well IF Jolly didn't change large portions of my code to prevent it ;)

I'm just checking cuz I can't tell from description or pictures, but can I place these decorations on something other than dirt?

I've got a weird question; why can't this place decorations on blocks that can fall, like ash and sand? Starbound handles that happening perfectly fine - it often happens during world gen, even.

Thank you for reviving this all-important tool to me. Now I can continue with all my terraforming and building projects. Cheers!

Does this come with any grass/materials not already in the game, and will people in multiplayer see the grass and other stuff when they join me?
