Controls:
LMB will cast an explosion spell.
The explosion has a casting time of 10 seconds
Deals 4096 damage in a radius of 3072 Hammer units.

There are numerous convars available to play around with:

meguminstaff_onetimeuse - DEPRICATED, REPLACED BY MEGUMINSTAFF_MAXUSES!
meguminstaff_maxuses - amount of times players can use the staff (negative value = unlimited)
meguminstaff_cooldown - the length of the cooldown in seconds
meguminstaff_damage - the explosion damage dealt
meguminstaff_extraeffects - allow additional explosion particle effects to play
meguminstaff_godmode - allow the caster to be immune to the explosion
meguminstaff_radius - the radius explosion damage is dealt in
meguminstaff_ragdoll - allow the caster to be ragdolled after casting the explosion
meguminstaff_ragdoll_length - the length of the ragdoll in seconds
meguminstaff_voiceline - play a Megumin voiceline when casting an explosion
meguminstaff_ragdoll_thirdperson - allow the caster to see in thirdperson while ragdolled

I think there are some major issues. for example, if you drop the staff right after "shooting", you won't get ragdolled. it would be nice if the player is forced to hold the left mousebutton until the spell is fully casted and the soundfile stops. so the player has to hold the staff in his hands until the explosion comes and he will get ragdolled.

@Nimbus20, alright, i was just curious, since last night me and my pals where playing some TTT and that that staff landed maybe 20-10, hammers from me, and i lived cause of a small wooden fence i crouched behind.
