Controls:
LMB will cast an explosion spell.
The explosion has a casting time of 10 seconds
Deals 4096 damage in a radius of 3072 Hammer units.

There are numerous convars available to play around with:

meguminstaff_onetimeuse - DEPRICATED, REPLACED BY MEGUMINSTAFF_MAXUSES!
meguminstaff_maxuses - amount of times players can use the staff (negative value = unlimited)
meguminstaff_cooldown - the length of the cooldown in seconds
meguminstaff_damage - the explosion damage dealt
meguminstaff_extraeffects - allow additional explosion particle effects to play
meguminstaff_godmode - allow the caster to be immune to the explosion
meguminstaff_radius - the radius explosion damage is dealt in
meguminstaff_ragdoll - allow the caster to be ragdolled after casting the explosion
meguminstaff_ragdoll_length - the length of the ragdoll in seconds
meguminstaff_voiceline - play a Megumin voiceline when casting an explosion
meguminstaff_ragdoll_thirdperson - allow the caster to see in thirdperson while ragdolled
