Tram stop path

Narrower path: ground and elevated paths fit between pairs of tram tracks (tunnels don't, though). Ground path has no props, to not conflict with tram stop track props.

The connections with the default pavement path are only smooth, when default path is on the ground. Elevated or tunnel connections look weird, although they should work fine.

Combine with tram express stop track to easily build tram hubs.
