Replaces jukebox, Tank, escape, safehouse, death and other general music

The Monsters Within has been replaced with Donna To The Rescue
Left for Death has been replaced with Victory Music (ironic huh)
Skin on our Teeth has been replaced with I Sawed the Demons
Regular Tank music has been replaced with Deep Into The Code
Finale Tank music has been replaced with Hiding the Secrets
One Bad Tank has been replaced with Facing The Spider
Midnight Tank has been replaced with Getting Too Tense
The Monsters Without (Safehouse Theme) has been replaced with Doom 2's Intermission theme
deadairtime/2, deathtollcollector/2 and prayfordeath have been replaced with The Dave D. Taylor Blues
bloodhavestor/2 and nomercyforyou/2 have been replaced with Waiting for Romero to Play

That was my intention at first, but most L4D1 and 2 music don't last more than just a few seconds - I'm talking about 5 to 30 seconds - and the replacement audio file has to be the exact same duration as the file you are replacing, so it's not really worth it.
