Description
Welcome to Pizzeria Mancini! A (fictive) modern pizzeria which offers wood-fired pizzas and beers from all around the world (as well as delicious sodas for kids).

This building is planned to be placed at the ground floor of some buildings with the mod 'Move it'.

Hey! Great asset btw but I've come to comment that this building sometimes tends to spawn on 2x3 or 2x4 slots, and sometimes it despawns leaving the original 2x1 space it occupies unzoned for some reason. Could you please look into that if you don't mind? :)

@LordGruny - Can repurpose this and probably some other of your great assets? This pizzeria would be fantastic as leisury type of building (either exactly same or with some more props). Or would you rather not allow that?

@YODarken @b.orrin I answered this on my SushiShop asset, I readjust the answer here ;)
In the vanilla game, the pizzeria can appear among other commercials in a commercial area.
Otherwise, you can use some mods like Find it to find it more easily, Move it to integrate it into existing buildings and Plop the growables to avoid any zone restriction/despawn and lock its evolution. There may be better mods, it's just my classic triptych ;)

Because in content manager i saw it, but in the game i not found it for build thank you ( i'm beginner)
