There is a problem if you play with Judea in Imperator Augustus 'cause as a faction with eastern cultures they are only able to build greek temples. This mod fixes this by replacing the temple chains for Judea with a new one, consisting of a synagogue line and a unique temple of Jerusalem line.

New Builings
  • Jewish assembly place: basic religious building
  • Small Synagogue: synagogue line, granting public order, culture conversation & more later, costs food
  • Synagogue School
  • Great Synagogue
  • Central Synagogue: unique synagogue, grantng faction wide public order and political influence
  • Solomon's Temple: temple line, unique on the map, a lot of different boni, very expensive
  • Holy of Holies
  • Herodian Temple
  • Great Temple of Jerusalem: can only be built in the capital (Jerusalem), granting a huge bonus to public order, culture, tax and more

All greek temples are no longer available for Judea. Really, it doesn't make sense letting Judea build greek temples 40 BC... So yes, there is less diversity in religious buildings but the new buildings are completly unique and better than other ones. I hope it makes it easer and more enjoyable to play with Judea although they got very hard faction traits by me.

No sorry, I am not using DEI and so I am not familiar with it at all. If you use overhauls you have to deal with it.

Could You make please a DEI version? Jhere is Jewish culture in there so the mod doesn t work properly, it adds persian culture making the jewish declain.

oh, I commented on the wrong mod. I meant the one with a walled Jerusalem and a strong Judea. I think someone did a mod like that awhile back. Yes, no independent Judea in 272 BC. Still it would be great for it to be there in the main campaign.

I thought about that, then I saw your Jewish roster mod and the unit cards looked DEI, not the crappy vanilla artstyle. I ctr F'd the comment sections and neither that mod nor this said whether it does or doesn't work with DEI. And since your Jewish roster mod had DEI unit cards in one picture, I figured this mod also made by you would be DEI friendly. That's my bad.

Well, DEI is an overhaul that is usually not compatible with vanilla mods. You can use this mod with vanilla and my faction unlocker, but using DEI means you should only use DEI mods.

I'm using English.
I'm using DEI and a DEI submod that unlocks all Imperator Augustus factions, letting me play as Judea. Aside from that I'm using your Judea roster mod that adds specialty units for this faction.
