This relay may look boring but it has loads of fuel to perform interplanetary flights into deep Kerbol-orbit where it can still receive data with its big relay antennae. Its narrow-band scanners will find possible landing sites for your reconnaissance missions.
It's lighter than R-21 and R-22.

It should have plenty hours of burning time, so you'll have enough time for stargazing and making screenshots.
