Eranshahr - True Empire of Iran

Description
Eranshahr, meaning “Empire of the Iranians” in Farsi, was a term used to denominate the Zoroastrian Persian Empires, gaining much popularity around the time of the Sassanid Empire.

Restore the Persian Empire with this unique Flavoured Titular Title which can only be created when you, as a Zoroastrian Persian, control the Kingdoms of Persia, Khorasan and Daylam. (This serves as a way of helping Zoroastrian players reach Empire Tier faster while facing all manner of threats from both Jihads and Nomad Incursions).

Enjoy the special new Ancient themed flags used for the DeJure Kingdoms of the Persian Empire, Restore Persepolis as the seat of Iran and become the next Cyrus the Great by bringing the second coming of Persia and Zoroastrianism!

@Xanadu-King That just crash my game.

As for the mod, seems like it changed too much? I play as a Persian, but my UI is still European. I finally make my char. a Saoshyant, doesn't get a bloodline. Got a trait instead.

To everyone here, this mod requires a couple of manual updates. They are easy enough to do, but they are important if you want some unique things.

1) You need to update the religions.txt file. It allows you to play Hellenic Pagans properly if you have this mod installed.

2) You should replace the effects section on become_sayoshant in the realm_decisions.txt file as well. In the most updated version of the game, you can form a bloodline by becoming the sayoshant, not just getting a unique trait. However, before you go to become the sayoshant you should double check that the file you are replacing will allow you to get the custom crown. As it stands, you wont be able to wear the crown if you are the ruler of Eranshar.

I’m not sure of anything else, but since the mod author seems to be afk, I thought these easy edits you could do yourself might be fun.

Hey @SideTracker, there is a problem with Eranshar, it locks anyone out of being able to select, or play as, Hellenic characters. I don't know why this is, but it basically bumps the Hellenic faith back to being an unselectable, reformed pagan faith. Could you please fix this, I love the Eranshar mod, but I hate not being able to use it in tandem with creating a Hellenic character.

EDIT: Never mind, I fixed it myself, it just required replacing the old, inaccurate, 00_religions.txt file with the proper, up to date one.

I genuenly love this mod. It is great for bringing in the ancient flags of these nations to the forefront, rather than relying on the base game for... lets face it, improper flag design. It also allows you to play as a proper Babylon or Assyria, which I love.
