Player castrating everyone

Description
Basically what the title says. The LoR castrating prisoner decision is changed so as to affect every male not only prisoners - and when AI started castrating everyone making the game kinda die out, I restricted the decision to player.
Should work on 2.8.3.4 and before (since roughly 2.6); never checked on the newer ones. Requires LoR (obvi).

I suppose not. They are bound to severely overlap.

Does this work with the castrate and blinding for everyone mod?

Jacob, that was the original version. Unfortunately, as I mentioned, AI starts castrating everyone, so your dynasty is bound to die out because your character, be it male or female, cannot reproduce (even new male courtiers created by decisions are almost immediately castrated).

It'd be cool to make it a game rule that let's the AI casterate, for those of us interested in trying that out :D
